How would I go about pruning specific learned data?

For example: A supplier has 4 different invoices and I've trained all 4 documents, all of which use the same key (the ABN). I realise one of the documents has been trained incorrectly, how do i find that one specific document? Is it even possible?

In reality, the trained data I'd like to be able to manipulate is more likely to be associated with line items rather than just specific fields, but I figured the example made clear what I'm trying to achieve.
